    Raid on Thornshire

    This straight forward scenario for Mage Knight is just an example on how to use the News section of Dungeon Crawlers to add Scenarios for your favorite wargames! 

    BATTLEFIELD MAP: (SCALE 1" = 10")

    BACKGROUND:
    Raid on Thornshire is a straight forward Mage Knight game.  It was designed to be quick, fast, and simple.  Try it out and comment on the forums 

    OBJECTIVE:
    Player one needs to keep at least 50% (150 pts or more) of player 1 put from behind the Terrian J and A to win.  Player two needs to have 150 pts or more on Player 1's side of Terrain J and A.

    TIME LIMIT:
    30 min.

    ARMY SIZE:
    300 pts per side 

    SETTING THE SCENE:
    Players set up the terrain as per the battlefield map.  Terrain J is considered the village wall and is used as the division between player 1 and player 2 side of the board.  Terrain A is rubble where the wall has been destroyed. 

    SPECIAL RULES:
    To make the game more advanced you can add one token per 150 pts for capture or defend.  In which case Player 2 must bring the tokens to thier Starting Area

    VICTORY CONDITIONS:
    The winner is the player with the highest victory point total.
    Score victory points as per the standard rules:
    + (30/150 points for the objective)
    + (If the attacker has fewer than 150 points worth of figures on Player 1's side of the board at the end of the game, he or she loses 50 points.)
    + (If the attacker has more than 200 points worth of figures on Player 1's side of the board at the end of the game, he or she gains 50 points.)
