"I know I know" (he says with his head hung down) I will try to be more involved, I just have to pick my hobbies and I don't have a lot of access to these games from Africa.  Thanks for the encouraging words though.

Sorry I have been away for a while, but since Mechwarrior died out I have not been motivated to do much here.  I am disappointed that they did not buy out the Mechwarrior line.  I wrote to them to ask why.  No answer.

I like the Pirates game and look forward to seeing what will happen with it.  I hope they have better marking ideas then Topps did.  They have to look after the venues, that is where the games are played.  We still want to pay the lowest prices we can, but some good incentives to venues will help them.

Well lets see what happens.

I am glad to see some new Mechwarrior computer games coming.  I really missed them.  It would be nice to see a new Mech Commander game as well.  Just need to blow the dust of my joy stick.

These look really cool.  Is it possible to scale it up for Mechwarrior.  I am always looking for new Mechwarrior terrain. :D

We could do a whole Thomas the Tank Engine terrain.  But who would want to blow up Thomas.  My boys love him growing while up.  What about Ringo though?

Hey Highland Piper,
Did you ever get around to making the ramps for the Steel Bridge that is in the download section?  Those would really make it a useful bridge.
Thanks 8)

HI Highland Piper,
Have you found any steam yet?  I am looking forward to building this building.  It will go great with the HPG.
Hope everyone had a great Easter Weekend.
Take care.

"The First Book of the Lost Swords" shows a copyright of 1986.  Good old books.

Books (all genres) / Book of the Swords

I just got through reading "The First Book of the Swords", by Fred Saberhagen.  Now I am starting on "The Second Book of the Swords".  It is a trilogy about twelve sword that the god Vulcan forged and then gave to us mere mortals.  It is a pretty good story so far.  It centers around three main people and their lives with the swords.
There are six more books about the Lost Swords, which pickup many years after this first trilogy finishes.  I have all six of those and will read them someday.  I'll let you know how they turn out.  These are old, but seem to be good.

I do read new stuff as well.  Anyone out there like the Dirk Pitt stories?
