For all you guys who make terrain.  I found this great web site that has lots of textures up for grabs.
Wish I knew how to use them.  Maybe I should learn how to use Photoshop.
Have fun.

Forgot to say that I used a mixture of terrain from various sources.  Lots of it was from HP and his great designs.  All can be downloaded right here. 8)   How is that for advertising?

I did not win.  One of the other guys won on points.  I used an assortment of Light mechs to run out to the salvage units and guard them till my transports could arrive and unload infantry to capture the units.

Just got through playing a 1200 point Mech game.  It was lots of fun.  Had some cool rule regarding salvage stuff.  Part of the mission was to capture salvage stuff that was randomly placed on the board, get it back to your repair bay and then bring it out to fight.  Had a good time.  Started at 9 am and ended at 3 pm.  Drank lots of coke and ate lots of popcorn.

NO worries on the bridge.  I understand.  It takes a lot of work to make terrain.
The Mayhem stuff looks real nice.

Hey HP,
I wonder if you have ever had a chance to build the ramps for your steel bridge?  It sure would be nice to have.  What about also making a 4 way bridge intersection?  I have an idea for playing a game using a water/swamp world that has lots of bridge/roads in it. 8)
Let me know what you think.

It does end.  Stackpole does a good job.  It  does leave things open for some spin off stories if he wanted to.
I too gave up on Wheel of Time.  After book four I quite.  Too much talking and no action.  Plus the main guy just needed to get busy, and take charge.

I just finished the whole set of books.  "The Dark Glory War", "Fortress Draconis", "When Dragons Rage", and "The Grand Crusade".  They are all very good.  It got a little long and I had to trudge through in a few places, but overall I liked them.  They are an Epic set, so if you are looking for a quick read these are not the ones, but if you are looking for something that will keep you busy for a while then this is the set.
Good reading,

Thanks for your help.

I think these were in BaseContact or Mechfx. But I do not think those web sites are up any more.  Anyone have any ideas?

HI All,
A long time ago I built a Field Repair bay, but have lost the plans.  Does any one know where I might find these plans?
Sorry the pics are so small it is all I had on my computer.
Thanks for your help,

Thanks for the info. I have lived here for 15 years.  I used to do a lot of shopping in Joburg.  Many of the game stores I went to have closed.  I was even a Wizkids venue when they were still going on.  I even have a few Mechs as prize support left. You want any Sir Kevin? 8)

I am in Lesotho.  If you do not know where that is, just find South Africa and we are surrounded by SA.  I am an American living and working here.
